The Chronic Disease Fund is an independent 501(c)(3) independent charitable non-profit organization that helps underinsured patients obtain the medications they need to fight or control their cancer, chronic disease, or life-altering illness. The Fund is one of the largest, most efficient and effective co-pay organizations. By keeping our administrative costs low, we are able to dedicate 91 cents of every donated dollar directly to patient co-pay assistance.
